Moran Agencies SMS Terms & Conditions

Please read these SMS Terms & Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) carefully. By enrolling or otherwise agreeing to receive text messages from or on behalf of Moran Agencies or by otherwise providing your phone number to Moran Agencies, you agree to these SMS Terms, as well as Moran Agencies’ Privacy Policy and User Agreement.

 

For purposes of these SMS Terms, “Moran Agencies,” “the Company,” “we,” or “us” shall mean Moran Agencies and any of its subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliates.

 

Please Note: These SMS Terms contain an arbitration clause with a class action waiver that affects your rights. The arbitration provision affects how disputes with Moran Agencies are resolved. You agree to be bound by this arbitration provision.

Program: Moran Agencies Text Messages and Notifications

Frequency: Dependent on alert settings. The number and size of text messages can vary per user.

Mobile User Opt-In

​

By opting into any Moran Agencies text program, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, by or on behalf of Moran Agencies, at the cell phone number you provide. The consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Mobile User Opt-Out

​

To stop receiving text messages from Moran Agencies, reply "STOP" to the number sending the message. After sending a request to STOP, you may receive additional communications confirming that your request has been processed. If you need further assistance, text "HELP" to the number sending the message.

Cost/Mobile User Fees

​

Moran Agencies’ SMS Text Messaging Program does not charge user fees to send or receive text messages. However, message and data rates may apply.

Mobile User Privacy

We will not share or use your mobile number for any purpose other than to transmit text messages to you. We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to comply with laws, regulations, or governmental requests, avoid liability, or protect our rights and property.

Eligibility

By opting into Moran Agencies’ text programs, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and the authorized user of the phone number provided.

Mandatory Dispute Resolution

​

You agree that any controversies, disputes, claims, or causes of action between you and Moran Agencies shall be resolved through binding arbitration, according to the rules set forth by the arbitration organization selected.

 

You also waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Changes to the SMS Terms

These SMS Terms may be updated by Moran Agencies at any time without prior notice. By continuing to be enrolled in any Moran Agencies SMS text messaging program, you agree to any changes.
